Linsey Masters is the Founder and CVO of Masters & Masters. She is also the developer of the Social Media Masters System and the Online Footprint SEO System. Before Linsey created this company, she had developed and ran an online news site until she became the Business Manager for an automotive company. Her next position didn’t take her too far away from the personal vehicle trade where she held the position of Sales/Internet Manager for a large recreational vehicle dealership. In her last endeavor before becoming the visionary creator of Masters & Masters, she spent her time working for a large West Texas oilfield sales company as the PR/Marketing Manager. During this time, she was responsible for developing the marketing systems and representing the company at significant events and meetings with other businesses.

Linsey’s extensive time spent working with sales and marketing has given her a first-person perspective of what a business needs to do to promote themselves in a constantly changing and evolving market. Her capability for abstract thinking has created a unique avenue on which your business can move towards a better online marketing strategy and expanded online footprint. Since the internet is in a constant state of flux, Linsey directs our team to stay on top of the changes and she employs her creativity to develop new strategies to help your business gain and maintain a strong presence on the Web.

In addition to all of this, Linsey volunteers for local organizations and at events around Cisco, her hometown. She has volunteered for many years with the Cisco Civic League, and Cisco Strong. Linsey is also an active member of the Cisco Church of Christ where she has helped her congregation by teaching children’s Sunday school classes.

Jonathon Masters, Co-Founder, and CEO of Masters & Masters is a highly organized individual who can thrive and meet deadlines under pressure. His detail-oriented ability to problem solve helps him to achieve excellent results for his clients. Leading by example, he has set forth a standard of ethics that his company and all the members of the team are expected to uphold.

Ever the entrepreneur, Jonathon has started and run several successful businesses. From starting and running an automotive detail shop in his younger years to creating an online newspaper, he has used these experiences to learn and adapt to a changing market and deliver clients what they need to help their businesses succeed. Since this isn’t his first rodeo, he can help clients establish, expand and maintain their online footprint.

Jonathon was born in Abilene, TX and raised in Cisco, TX. He moved off shortly after graduating high school to make his way in the world. He has had the unique circumstance of working in some drastically different industries which have provided him with an understanding of the inner workings of both white and blue collar businesses. No matter what field of work he was pursuing and no matter what starting position he held, he excelled at his job and rose in station accordingly. From working as a cable and fiber optic lineman to working as a sales consultant for a large automotive dealership or as a radiation safety officer, he has thrived and acquired a vast amount of skills through training and elevating his status in each industry he has pursued.

Jonathon’s dedication to being proficient in each line of work he has chosen coupled with his adept financial management skills and an eye for detail allows him to offer a unique perspective and hands-on approach for clients as he helps them develop both short and long-term business strategies.

Responsibility

Allen Masters, CFO of Masters & Masters has been working in or with financial institutions for over 40 years. After serving our country in the U.S. Army, he went on to earn his Bachelor of Business Administration degree where he majored in Finance and Management. He had committed himself to his chosen profession and is a dedicated worker. Before joining the Masters & Masters team in 2017, Allen worked solely in the banking industry. He got his start working for Citizens National Bank in 1975 where he worked as a commercial teller, however, by 1981 when he left to work closer to his family, he had obtained the title of Assistant Vice President. From 1981 to 2005, Allen was the Vice President and Comptroller of the First National Bank in Cisco, TX. Then, from 2005 through 2016, he was the Vice President and cashier of Citizens Bank N.A. in Abilene, TX.

Along with being a veteran, Allen is a pillar of his community. He has served in the past in several organizations including six years on the Cisco City Council, 23 years as a member of the Cisco Rotary Club, and 18 years on the Cisco College Board of Regents. On top of all that, he was an active member and treasurer for the Cisco Goodfellows and also the Cisco Development Corporation. He is currently a deacon and a past treasurer at the Cisco Church of Christ and has been for over 30 years. It may seem like he has a lot on his plate, but Allen finds the time to do it and he does it with a smile on his face. His devotion to his craft makes him an invaluable member of the team.
